Terms & Policies Rates for 1-2 adults, if more $10 each per day. Children under seventeen (17) stay free. Quoted rates don't include 10.5% room tax. All rates subject to change without notice. Reservations need a credit card guarantee. No Smoking in rooms includes balcony. Pet friendly 2 pet maximum, $10 per pet daily or $50 daily if you don't declare pet.  Fee for any extraordinary cleaning or damages. Check-in after 3PM, Check-out is 11AM. "Block" reservation requires 50% deposit. No refund if 30 day cancel notice isn't given. A block is 2 or more rooms by a person/group. To maintain our reasonable prices we require a 7 day notice for cancels including weather, emergency, etc. Reservations for 4 days & more require 30 day notice to avoid a charge. Call us for arrangements if your arriving after 9PM.
